Long time no hear!
Well, since my last update on here I’ve been busy with university stuff, exams and eventually holidays. Busy holidays. I really planned to continue work right after my exams but in the end it was mid of September when I started working again. But then I had a high. I’ve been working day for day on VisualBug and in those few days it became more than the whole time I was working on it before. It finally became something solid.
It got a menu for better navigation which has all functions implemented already, a project system which allows you to tweak analysis and injection, a completely overhauled LiftMenu (more about that in a post which will follow soon in the VisualBug Dev section) which is now fully working, tweakable injection, a more powerful analysis, injection for WinForm applications, a completely overhauled communication system based on TCP/IP instead of Named Pipes (so now you can even monitor applications via Internet, not just in local networks) which is way more powerful than the named pipes could have ever been, improved BugSpy mechanics (more performant and lightweight) and something very nice I lovely called “IntelliSolve“. Something I will implement into TKMap as well.
So that’s quite something. You probably can’t imagine most of that stuff, but I will soon enough write some very detailed posts about most I mentioned. One future post will be just about IntelliSolve. But that has to wait until it’s fully implemented and ready to show off.
