I guess it is time to show a vital sign so you guys won’t lose hope. Of course TKMap is still in development. The last month has been quite stressful and I haven’t found time to focus on TKMap. Friends, studies and other things some people on here call “real life” kept me busy for a while. I can finally announce that TKMap is going full speed again.
As always when you come back to development you encounter some strange bugs. Sometimes I really ask myself if bugs in applications can breed. I haven’t changed anything, yet there occur access violations and even fatal execution engine exceptions. Second is one I’ve never seen before in all years of programming. My assumption is that this is being caused by Firebird or some other library because it was the only thing I’ve changed since the last testing sessions: Updating the libraries. I’ll investigate further. Hopefully this won’t be much of a trouble because I really don’t need any knockbacks yet.
After quite a huge delay I hope I can finish the repository until Christmas which is quite likely.
